We’re a 24/7 operation and our employees work hard to respond to your needs quickly. If you call after hours, you won’t get voicemail. You’ll get our answering service, which pages an on-call technician who will help you immediately.
Metro Elevator technicians are members of the International Union of Elevator Constructors, Local 9. Technicians undergo a five-year apprenticeship with the union and continue with on-the-job training. Once they become certified, they’re required to take continuing education courses to maintain their licensure.
Many of our service personnel have been with our company more than 15 years. We have low employee turnover, providing our customers with a continuity of service and a knowledge base that is tops in our local setting.
